FindCoffeeJobs was born from a simple frustration: finding great barista talent was too hard, and finding great coffee jobs was even harder. We set out to change that.
The Problem We Solved
In 2019, our founders — a former head barista and a café owner — realized that the specialty coffee industry had no dedicated hiring platform. Talented baristas were posting on generic job boards alongside warehouse workers and retail staff. Coffee businesses were wasting weeks sifting through unqualified applicants.
The specialty coffee world deserved better. A platform that understood the difference between a barista who can pull a shot and one who can dial in a single-origin Ethiopian on a La Marzocco. A platform that spoke the language of the industry.
Today, FindCoffeeJobs serves over 1,200 coffee businesses across 80+ countries, from independent specialty cafés to global chains, helping them find the talent that makes great coffee possible.
