About This Role

The Barn is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our team and drive coffee quality standards across all locations. You will be responsible for staff training, quality control, and maintaining our reputation as one of Europe's finest specialty coffee destinations.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a barista, 1+ year in a leadership role
• SCA Barista Professional certification preferred
• Experience developing training programs
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
