Terms of Service

By accessing or using FindCoffeeJobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FindCoffeeJobs d.o.o.

FindCoffeeJobs is an online job board platform connecting coffee industry employers with baristas and coffee professionals worldwide. The platform is operated by FindCoffeeJobs d.o.o., registered in Slovenia, European Union.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use FindCoffeeJobs
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You may not create accounts for others without their consent
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

One person or entity may not maintain more than one account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3.1 Permitted Use

Employers may post job listings for genuine, available positions in the coffee industry. Each listing must accurately describe the role, location, compensation, and requirements.

3.2 Prohibited Listings

You may not post listings that:

  • Are fraudulent, misleading, or for non-existent positions
  • Discriminate based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, age, sexual orientation)
  • Require payment from applicants
  • Advertise multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
  • Violate applicable employment laws in the jurisdiction where the job is located

3.3 Listing Duration & Fees

  • Basic (€29): 30-day listing, standard placement
  • Featured (€59): 60-day listing, priority placement, featured badge
  • Premium (€99): 90-day listing, top placement, urgent badge option

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once a listing has been published, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

3.4 Content Responsibility

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job listings. FindCoffeeJobs reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms without refund.

4.1 Profile & CV

By uploading a CV or creating a profile, you grant FindCoffeeJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your profile to registered employers on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

4.2 Application Process

FindCoffeeJobs facilitates connections between job seekers and employers but is not a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.

4.3 Accuracy

You must ensure your profile, CV, and application materials are accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience may result in account termination.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card data.

5.1 Refund Policy

Job listing fees are generally non-refundable once a listing has been published. However:

  • If a listing is rejected or removed by FindCoffeeJobs due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued
  • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the service has already commenced with your explicit consent. By publishing a job listing, you consent to immediate service commencement and acknowledge this waives your withdrawal right
  • For billing disputes, contact [email protected] within 30 days

5.2 VAT

Prices displayed include VAT where applicable under EU VAT rules. Business customers in the EU may provide their VAT registration number for B2B transactions (reverse charge applies).

You may not use FindCoffeeJobs to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate employment-related activities

All content on FindCoffeeJobs — including the platform design, logo, text, and software — is owned by FindCoffeeJobs d.o.o. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (job listings, profiles, CVs) remains the property of the respective user. By posting content, you grant FindCoffeeJobs a limited license to display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • FindCoffeeJobs is a platform intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or the conduct of employers or job seekers
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job listing will result in a hire
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

🇦🇺 Australian Consumer Law: If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.1 EU Consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9.2 General

For disputes not resolved amicably, the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date.
